I thought I would train with Ty for a few months, but it’s been a year and I have no plans in stopping. As a life-long cardio and yoga addict, I had never lifted weights before and working with Ty has completely shifted my approach to exercise. I feel stronger, I’ve lost fat, gained muscle, and best of all - my lingering shoulder injury has healed significantly because of Ty’s thoughtful programming and attention to form and mobility. Ty is also knowledgeable about nutrition and advised me on macro goals. I was resistant to tracking my food at first, but after I tried it - I realized it was a complete game changer. I’m now looking forward to summer when I can show off in a bikini :)

Ty has changed the way I view fitness. Not only did he help me create better fitness habits but he also helped me understand the right way to work out and how to eat better. Coach Ty helped me regain strength and mobility, as well as some symmetry and balance in my knees and hips after years of grappling and Muaythai.
